The project aims to foster innovation and diversification of the offer, helping tourist flows to recover in the destination while ensuring compliance with the safety and distancing measures that remain necessary.
Specifically, a firewall and a certified cloud system will be purchased to optimize remote working and the management of business processes. A CRM and an automated online booking system will be integrated into the website, which will also be updated in the destination’s main foreign languages and adapted to use an SSL certificate.
An access point for ultra-broadband connectivity will then be installed, improving the efficiency of the facility’s management and its staff, while providing greater comfort for guests.
Finally, the H-Benchmark platform will be adopted. This performance software enables statistical information to be shared and supports the planning of initiatives for the benefit of the entire destination.
